Every day in the workplace, individuals face challenges being their authentic selves. As leaders and colleagues, we each have a role to play in creating inclusive workplaces.

Diverse perspectives enrich our workplaces and studies show that involving diverse voices improves performance, problem solving and decision making.

How does this relate to us at NEADS?

  • Overall: Awareness benefits everyone and can only make you a better, more empathetic person
  • Within our walls: every day, we work with people who may or may not be just like you - clients with disabilities, the prison population, etc.
  • Outside of work: What happens outside of work can impact how we do our job

The program is designed to be a self-guided journey. Designed and driven by a dedicated core team of NEADS employees, the program is:
